To access the “Manufacturing Reports” page, please follow these steps:

  • Start by clicking on the “Manufacturing” section from the main menu in the system.
  • Then, the manufacturing screen will appear. Look for the “Reports” window in the top bar of the page.
  • Click on this “Reports” window.

By following these steps, you will reach the Manufacturing Reports page where you can easily query any manufactured item, its status, and operational data. This procedure allows you to analyze the situations and make decisions regarding manufacturing management.

 

Features and Uses of “Manufacturing Reports”:

  • Comprehensive Reports: The system is capable of generating comprehensive reports that cover all manufacturing operations, providing a comprehensive analysis of manufactured items and their details.
  • Export Report Formats: You can use the system’s multiple features to export reports in various formats, such as Excel files and PDFs, making it easy to choose the format that suits you best.
  • Multiple Printing Options: The system offers multiple printing options that make it easy for the user to print reports in the preferred format, whether horizontal or vertical, facilitating readability and review.
  • Filters: The system allows the use of several filters to extract specific reports, such as:
    1. Branch: This filter allows you to extract manufacturing reports for the selected branch.
    2. Date: Using date filters, you can access manufacturing reports during the specified time period.
    3. Manufactured Item: By using the item filter, you can easily extract reports on bill of materials and work orders for the selected item.
    4. Store: The store filter allows you to extract reports on purchase orders for the selected store.

Our system offers a variety of reports that greatly contribute to improving the management of manufacturing operations. Let’s take a look at some of them:

  • Production Work Order Report:

This report is one of the most effective tools in the system. It allows the user to view all work orders in detail and organized. This report features many advantages and important information that greatly contribute to improving the management of manufacturing operations.

  • Report Filters:

    1. Manufactured Inventory Items: This filter can extract work orders for a specific item only, making it easy to track processes related to that item. Additionally, the filter can also display work orders for all available items in the system.
    2. Remaining Filter: This filter switches the display of orders that have not yet completed manufacturing and all other work orders.
    3. Show General Ledger Information: This filter can display the accounting restrictions for each work order.
  • Report Content:

    1. Work Order Number and its associated reference.
    2. Name of the manufactured item in each work order.
    3. Date of adding each purchase order and the required date for manufacturing completion.
    4. The order’s status, whether closed or still containing unproduced items.
    5. The quantity of the product required in the work order.
    6. The quantity of the product manufactured so far.
