Instructions to Access Sales Transactions Page:

  • First, navigate to the Sales screen from the main menu by clicking on the Sales option.
  • After that, click on the Sales Transactions window.

 

Concept of Sales Transactions, Their Uses, and Benefits:

This query is dedicated to displaying all sales transactions and customer transactions, along with providing a wide range of filters to facilitate search operations and improve the browsing experience. Various actions can be executed on each document within these transactions.

  • Available Filters for Search Operations Include:

    1. Branch: By applying the branch filter, you can access sales transactions and customers related to the specified branch, with the option to view transactions for all branches in the system.
    2. Date: Using date filters, you can access sales transactions and customers within the specified time period, allowing you to review relevant data during the required period.
    3. Customer: By activating the customer filter, you can access sales transactions related to a specific customer, with the option to view transaction information for all customers in the system.
    4. Document Type: Using the document type filter, you can select a specific type of sales transaction to view, with the option to display all types of documents such as invoices, payments, and more.

In summary, this query allows users to define and customize search criteria according to their needs, making it easy to browse and analyze sales transactions and customer data efficiently.

  • Deferred Customer Table:

    • Currency: This is the primary currency used for dealing with the customer.
    • Payment Terms: Represents the payment agreement agreed upon with the customer, including various options such as deferred payment, cash payment, and others.
    • Aging of Receivables: This involves analyzing the order of receivables due from the customer and has been divided into three categories:
      1. Receivables due within one month from today’s date.
      2. Receivables due within two months from today’s date.
      3. Receivables that have exceeded two months from today’s date. This is done to estimate and analyze the receivables due from the customer based on time.
  • Sales Transactions Table:

    1. This table provides a comprehensive overview of all sales documents and customer details related to them.
    2. Through this table, you can view any sales document contained in it via the link associated with the transaction number, in addition to the option to print it and retain a hard copy.
    3. You can also view the accounting entry associated with any of these documents through a custom button located at the end of each transaction.
    4. The table interface allows you to edit all displayed documents according to your needs and requirements.
    5. In addition to that, through this table, you can perform a variety of actions on any sales document. For example, you can create a sales invoice for delivery notes, or perform return actions for a previous sales invoice, and more available options.
