  1. Information Collected by NSAQ

NSAQ collects and stores various types of information to effectively provide its services. These include:

  • Merchant and practitioner data: Name, email address, national ID or residency number, store details such as commercial registration or freelancer license, and bank account information (IBAN).
  • Consumer data: Name, email address, and purchase history.
  • Login credentials: Username, password, and account recovery details.
  • Cookies: Used to enhance user experience and personalize services.

If a user fails to provide the required information, NSAQ may attempt to retrieve it from official sources.

  1. Information Sharing

NSAQ is committed to not sharing user data with any third party, except in the following cases:

  • To comply with laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, such as the Personal Data Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law.
  • If a user is found to be engaging in unlawful or suspicious activity, relevant data may be shared with regulatory authorities.
  • If a store is registered through one of NSAQ’s success partners, that partner is granted access to the store’s data.
  • For third-party services (e.g., shipping or payment providers), only the necessary data will be shared to deliver the service requested.
  1. Data Security and Protection

NSAQ takes extensive measures to protect user data, including:

  • Advanced and regularly updated cybersecurity systems.
  • Restricted access to personal data, limited to authorized personnel.
  • Immediate response procedures in the event of a security breach, including notifying the authorities and affected users.

However, since full security over the internet cannot be guaranteed, NSAQ advises users to keep their information confidential and avoid sharing sensitive data with untrusted parties.

  1. User Rights

NSAQ ensures users can exercise the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • Right to access their stored data.
  • Right to obtain a copy of their personal data.
  • Right to correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Right to request deletion of data no longer needed.
  • Right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
  1. Relationship Between NSAQ and Users

All obligations of NSAQ and user rights are governed by the platform’s Terms of Use. NSAQ is not responsible for direct agreements or transactions between merchants and consumers, as such dealings are considered independent contractual relationships.

  1. Services via Third Parties

When subscribing to a service provided by a third party through NSAQ, users give consent to share required information (such as name, address, phone number, email, or business registration number) with that service provider to fulfill the request.

  1. Marketing Communications

Users agree to allow NSAQ to use the information they provide to send promotional messages and offers, with the option to opt out at any time.
