Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. Introduction

Welcome to NSAQ, a digital platform owned by NSAQ Information Technology Company. By using any of NSAQ’s services—whether via its website, mobile application, or any digital interface—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

  1. Definitions
  • NSAQ: Refers to the digital system owned and operated by NSAQ Information Technology Company, including all online and mobile platforms.
  • Merchant/Practitioner: Any individual or entity registering with NSAQ to operate an online store or use its services for business purposes.
  • Store: The online commercial account created through NSAQ by the merchant.
  • Consumer: Any individual purchasing goods or services through a store operating on the NSAQ platform.
  • Agreement: This document that governs the legal and contractual relationship between the user (merchant or consumer) and NSAQ.
  1. Registration and Eligibility
  • Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • If registering a business entity, it must be properly licensed under Saudi laws.
  • Merchants must provide accurate information including national ID, business registration or freelancer license, and bank details.
  1. Role of NSAQ
  • NSAQ provides digital tools to support business operations such as e-commerce, POS, invoicing, and more.
  • NSAQ is not involved in sales, delivery, or disputes between merchants and consumers. These are separate contractual relationships.
  • NSAQ may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways or logistics), but it is not liable for their performance.
  1. Merchant Responsibilities
  • Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Clearly describe products/services and provide proper invoices to customers.
  • Avoid offering prohibited items or misleading information.
  • Abide by NSAQ’s Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other published guidelines.
  1. Account Use and Security
  • Merchants must keep login credentials secure and confidential.
  • The account holder is fully responsible for all activity under their account, even if managed by others.
  • NSAQ may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
  1. Payments and Transactions
  • NSAQ provides secure electronic payment options via its integrated partners.
  • Service fees, if applicable, will be transparently disclosed.
  • NSAQ is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing due to third-party systems.
  1. Modifications to Terms
  • NSAQ reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified through email or dashboard notifications.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All platform content—designs, logos, text, software—belongs exclusively to NSAQ and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • No part may be copied or reused without written permission.
  1. Third-Party Services
  • When merchants subscribe to services from external providers via NSAQ, their data may be shared to fulfill those services.
  • NSAQ bears no responsibility for the performance or reliability of those third-party providers.
  1. Account Suspension or Termination

NSAQ may suspend or cancel user access in cases such as:

  • Violations of these terms.
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward NSAQ staff.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Unlawful or unauthorized use of the platform.
  1. Communication

All official notifications will be sent to the email registered with NSAQ.
Merchants are encouraged to contact NSAQ’s support team for any concerns.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be settled by the competent Saudi judicial authorities.
