- Consumers are entitled to request returns or exchanges in line with each store’s policy, provided it does not contradict Saudi e-commerce regulations.
- Merchants must clearly state their return and refund policies on their online store.
- Personal Data Protection
- Consumer information is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with NSAQ’s Privacy Policy.
- No personal data is shared without explicit consent, unless required by official authorities.
- Complaints and Disputes
- If there is an issue with an order or product, consumers are encouraged to first contact the store directly.
- A formal complaint can also be submitted through NSAQ’s support center, and the case will be followed up through a clear resolution process that protects both parties’ rights.
- Fair Commercial Practices
- Unfair practices such as delayed delivery, withholding invoices, or selling prohibited items are not allowed.
