To access the “Permissions” page, please follow the following instructions:
- Start by clicking on the “Settings” menu in the main menu.
- Then, click on “Members and Permissions” available in the top toolbar of the page.
- You will be taken to the “Permissions” page, which displays all the memberships saved in the system.
Advantages of the “Permissions” page:
- Editing any role: The system allows you to edit any of the existing roles, enabling you to customize them according to your specific needs.
- Deleting any role: The system provides the capability to delete any existing role as per your requirements.
- Viewing job roles and their data: The page displays all available roles in the system, along with detailed information about each role. This information includes the role’s name, role number, and other relevant details.
Explanation of how to add a “New Job Role”:
- Add Page: Firstly, click on the “Add New” button located at the top of the page.
- Name: You will be prompted to enter the name of the new job role you wish to add in the designated field.
- Unique Identifier: Add a short label for the new role you wish to add in the designated field.
- Permissions: Add the permissions you want to associate with the job role by navigating between the available windows. This will be explained in detail below:
