    1. Asset Locations Filter: With this filter, you can access asset movements related to a specific location. You can also choose to view movements for all locations in the system.
    2. Date Filters: Using these filters, you can access asset movements that occurred within a specific time period. This allows you to examine data related to the selected period according to your needs.
    3. Asset Filters: With this filter, you can view all asset movements related to a specific asset. You can also choose to view movements for all assets in the system.

The user interface is characterized by its smooth and clear design, making it easy for users to specify search criteria and customize them according to their needs. This interface also provides the ability to browse and analyze asset movements with ease and efficiency.

  • Asset Movements Table:

    1. This table provides you with a comprehensive overview of all asset documents. These movements include ‘Asset Purchases,’ ‘Asset Sales,’ ‘Transfers between Asset Locations,’ and more.
    2. Through this table, you can review any document by clicking on the link associated with the movement number. In addition, the table displays the opening balance based on the selected filters and then presents the series of movements and the closing balance as well.
    3. The table has several important columns, including:
      • Quantities In: These columns include movements such as asset purchases and other movements that affect quantities within the location.
      • Quantities Out: These columns display movements such as asset sales and others that affect quantities leaving the location.
      • Balance Column: This column shows the remaining balance within the location after each movement, and also at the end of the specified period.

This table makes it easy for you to understand and monitor the flow of movements and changes in assets clearly and systematically.
