To access the ‘Asset Status’ page, please follow these steps:

  • Start by clicking on the ‘Assets’ section from the main menu in the system.
  • Then, you will see the Assets screen; look for the ‘Asset Structure’ window in the top bar of the page.
  • Click on this window ‘Inquiries,’ then click on the ‘Asset Status’ page link.

By following these steps, you will reach the Asset Status page, where you can inquire about any asset, its status, and all its basic data easily. This allows you to analyze situations and make decisions regarding asset management.

  • Asset Table:

    • In this table, information about all the assets in the system is displayed.
    • Main Classification Column: This column displays the main classification of each asset, making it easier to navigate and organize assets.
    • Unit of Measurement Column: This column displays the unit of measurement associated with each asset, helping to understand how the asset is measured.
    • Fixed Asset Description Column: This column provides a detailed description of each asset, offering additional information about the nature of the asset.
    • Depreciation Rate Column: This column displays the depreciation rate associated with each asset, enabling users to track depreciation.
    • Depreciation Method Column: This column displays the depreciation method used for each asset, making it easier to understand how depreciation is calculated.
    • Status Column: This column shows the status of each asset, allowing users to monitor whether it is active or inactive.
    • Original Value Column: This column displays the original purchase value of each asset, helping to monitor asset costs.
    • Depreciation Value Column: This column shows the calculated and recorded depreciation value for each asset, allowing users to track depreciation costs.
    • Net Asset Value Column: This column displays the net asset value, which is the original value minus the total depreciation for each asset.
    • Sale or Disposal Date Column: This column displays the sale or disposal date of each asset, and users can access details of related operations by clicking on the date link.
    • View Expired Button: By activating this button, users can view assets that have been sold or disposed of.
