Instructions to Access the “Attendance and Departure” Page:
- Start by clicking on the “Employees” menu in the main navigation.
- Next, click on “Attendance” available in the top toolbar.
- Choose the “Attendance and Departure” page from the “Attendance” menu.
Summary of the “Attendance and Departure” Page:
The “Attendance and Departure” page is used to record the actual daily working hours for each employee, which can be divided and entered based on the department. It also allows you to add the number of overtime hours for each employee.
Options and Features of the “Attendance and Departure” Page:

Available Filters:

- Date Filter: This filter allows you to select the day for which you want to add the actual working hours for each employee, whether it is regular time or overtime.
- Department Filter: Using this filter, you can specify the department for which you want to add the actual working hours for its employees, whether it is regular time or overtime.

Employees Table:

- Employee Code Column: This column displays the unique code for each employee, making it easy to identify them and enter their working hours.
- Employee Name Column: This column displays the name of each employee, allowing you to enter their working hours.
- Regular Time Column: Fill in the actual working hours for each employee in the designated field.
- Overtime Column: This column allows you to enter the number of overtime hours for each employee in the designated field.
Note: The number of columns related to overtime may vary depending on the number of overtime types registered in the system.
Save Data: Finally, click the “Save” button to store the attendance data in the system.
