To access the ‘Cancel Transaction’ page, please follow these instructions:
- Start by clicking on the ‘Settings’ menu in the main navigation.
- Then, click on ‘Document Management’ available in the top bar of the page.
- You will be taken to the ‘Cancel Transaction’ page, which displays all the documents saved in the system.

Use Filters:
When visiting the ‘Cancel Transaction’ page, you will find an option to use filters. You can use these filters to select transactions that you want to cancel based on several criteria, such as document type and transaction number.

- Document Type Filter: You can search for transactions based on the type of document you want to cancel.
- Transaction Number Filter: You can enter the transaction number you want to cancel directly, and you can also search for a range of transactions using the from-to filter.
- View Documents: You can view any document in the system that you want to cancel. A list of available documents will be provided for you to choose from.
- Access Accounting Entries: You can also access the accounting entry related to any of these documents. You can do this by clicking on a custom button at the end of each transaction to access the accounting information related to it.
- Select Cancellation Date: You can specify the cancellation date you want to associate with the transaction. The current date is the default, but you can change it according to your specific requirements.

- Use Filters: To begin, utilize the available filters to search for the transaction you want to cancel. Select the appropriate criteria for your search, such as transaction type or transaction number.
