Instructions to Access the Customer Customizations Page:
“To access the ‘Customer Customizations’ page, please follow these instructions:”
- Firstly, go to the Sales screen from the main menu by clicking on the option related to sales. Afterward, the Customers window will appear, where you will click on it.
- When you are in the Customers window, you’ll need to select the link named “Customer Customizations,” which will allow you to access the customization page.
Note: The Customer Customizations page is used to direct customer payment movements, such as “Customer Paid – Sales Return – …….” to invoice movements such as “Sales Invoices – Sales Orders – in the case of prepaid customers – …….” to ensure the settlement of invoices and prevent them from appearing in outstanding invoices.
Options and Features of the Customer Customizations Page:
- On this page, you will find an option to use filters like “Date – ……” which can be accessed by clicking on the filter icon located on the left side of the page. Using these filters, you can query the invoices available in the system.
- You can view any existing customization, with the ability to modify it according to your needs and requirements.
- You can also check the accounting entry associated with any of these documents through a custom button at the end of each transaction.
- The option to print any customization and keep a hard copy of it is available as well.
Explanation of How to Create a New Customer Customization:
“If you want to create a new customer customization, you can follow these steps:”
- First, search for the document you want to customize, such as “Sales Return – Customer Paid – …….”.
- After that, click on the customization button next to the document that needs customization.
- You will be taken to the customization page where you will find a table showing documents that are not customized, such as “Sales Invoices – Sales Orders – in the case of prepaid customers.
- Using the table, you can direct the selected document(s) to your invoices directly, whether it’s one or more.
- You can verify the correctness of each document through the document link.
- Once verified, you can add the customized amount you wish to pay in the adjacent field.
- Buttons available next to each document offer options for “Customizing All” or “Clearing Customized Amount.”
- If you choose to customize amounts for one or more documents, these amounts will be automatically summed up at the bottom of the page in the total customized value.
- The total non-customized value is displayed below, which is the difference between the total value of the document available for customization and the value that has been customized.
- In the end, you can cancel the customization of a document, transfer the customization from one document to another, or modify the customized amount as needed.”
When you have filled in all the details, you can click on the “Execute Customization” button to complete the process.
