To access the “Daily Voucher” page, please follow these instructions:

  • Start by clicking on the “Financial” menu in the main menu.
  • Then, click on “Vouchers” available in the top bar of the page.
  • Next, click on the “Daily Voucher” link.

  • Multi-line Vouchers: You can create vouchers that contain more than one line. This allows you to specify multiple beneficiaries and payees within the same voucher, making it easier and faster to record complex transactions.
  • Customer Payables: The page provides you with the option to create payables for customers smoothly. You can select the relevant customer from the dropdown menu and then choose the general ledger account associated with customers. This feature facilitates accurate tracking and management of financial payables.
  • Supplier Payables: You can easily record payables for suppliers through the page. Select the supplier from the dropdown menu and specify the general ledger account associated with suppliers. This option helps you accurately record financial obligations.
  • Linking Lines to Separate Branches: This page allows you to link each line of the voucher to a specific branch. This organization helps in clear and organized details, aiding in a deeper understanding of accounting transactions.
  • Impact of Voucher on Tax Report: The page offers an important option that allows you to determine the voucher’s impact on the tax report. Simply, you can enable or disable this impact using the “Include Tax” button at the top of the page.
  • Checking the Voucher’s Impact on the Tax Report: The page has a right-tab titled “Tax Rates” that allows you to check the voucher’s impact on the tax report. Note that this information will only be active when you activate the “Include Tax” option.

  • Basic Data for the Daily Voucher:

This is the first essential step in creating a daily voucher. In this context, we will cover the details you need to fill in to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the voucher.

    1. Date of Creating the Daily Voucher: This date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can edit it if necessary.
    2. Used Currency: Select the currency in which you want to record the voucher, based on the available currencies in the system.
    3. Date of Voucher Due: This date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can edit it if needed.
    4. Closing Date for the Voucher: This date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can edit it if there are different dates.
    5. Voucher Reference: This reference is a unique number used to distinguish the voucher from others.
    6. External Reference Indicator: This indicator adds an external reference to the document associated with the voucher, allowing you to link the voucher in the system to an external document.
    7. Include Tax Option: This feature allows you to control the voucher’s impact on the tax report, where you can enable or disable this impact as needed.
  • Voucher Account Table:

This part includes the necessary steps to specify the details of the accounts associated with the voucher.

    1. Select the General Ledger Account: Choose the general ledger account related to the voucher, regardless of its type.
    2. Select Company Branch: Choose the appropriate branch in the company related to the current line.
    3. Analytical Sector (Optional): If needed, you can specify the analytical sector related to the line.
    4. Enter Value: Specify the value of the line, whether it’s debit or credit.
    5. Add Line: After filling in the details, add the line to the voucher. This process can be repeated as needed.
    6. Add Data: You can add additional data for each line or account, as well as general information for the voucher itself.

Note: The voucher must contain at least two lines and the total debit value must balance with the total credit value for you to successfully add the voucher.

Once all details are completed, click the “Insert Daily Voucher” button to create the voucher successfully.
