To access the “Display Setup” page, please follow these instructions:
- Start by clicking on the “Settings” menu in the main menu.
- Then, click on “Manage Resources” available in the top bar of the page.
- You will be directed to the “Display Setup” page, which displays all the settings saved in the system.
Explanation of How to Control “Display Setup”:

Section 1: Decimal Places:

- Prices / Values: You can modify the number of decimal places that appear after the decimal point when displaying or entering a value or price in the system.
- Quantities: Similarly, you can adjust the number of decimal places that appear after the decimal point when displaying or entering quantities in the system.
- Exchange Rates: You can also specify the number of decimal places that appear after the decimal point when displaying or entering exchange rates in the system.
- Percentages: Finally, you can modify the number of decimal places that appear after the decimal point when displaying or entering percentages in the system.

Section 2: Date Format and Separators:
- Date Format: You can change the format of the date in the system according to your needs, for example, you can set it as “Day/Month/Year.”
- Date Separators: You can also customize the format of separators between date sections in the system. For example, you can set separators like “/”, “,”, or “-“.

- Retention Period for Report Options: The system allows you to specify how long the selected report options will be retained.
- Report Export Format: Using this part of the system, you can set the default format for exporting reports, such as “PDF” or “EXCEL,” according to your preferences.

- Display Help Messages for New Users: You can enable or disable the display of help messages for new users as needed.

- Display Stock Item Codes: Here, you can control the visibility of stock item codes or choose to hide them as needed.
- Page Size: You can set the preferred page size for viewing, such as “A4” or “A3,” according to your requirements.
- Page Printing Setup: Here, you can configure printing options, such as browser-based printing support or specifying the printing location, such as centralized or offsite.
- Use Additional Window for Viewing Reports: You can activate this setting to use an additional window for viewing reports instead of text links.
- Click Icons Instead of Text Links: In this option, you can control how you interact with elements by clicking on icons instead of text links.
- Remember Last Document Date: You can enable this setting to remember the date of the last document opened or edited.
- Query Page Size: You can use this option to adjust the query page size according to your preferences.
- Display Period Movements: Here, you can control the default number of days for date filters in system queries and reports.
