This page reviews everything related to the financial account movements that took place in the system, their concept, features, and how to access the page.

To access the “Financial Account Transactions” page, please follow these instructions:

  • Start by clicking on the “Financial” section in the main menu.
  • Then, click on “Financial Accounts” available in the top bar of the page.
  • Next, click on the “Financial Account Transactions” link.

 

Concept of Financial Account Transactions, Their Uses, and Benefits:

  • Concept of Financial Account Transactions:

Financial account transactions refer to the records of financial activities and movements within the system. These transactions include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and any other financial activities that involve movement of funds. They provide a detailed history of financial interactions and help in tracking the flow of money within the organization.

 

  • Available Filters for Search Operations Include:

  1. Branch Filter: With this filter, you can access financial transactions associated with a specific branch. This option allows you to view transactions for selected branches only or browse transactions for all branches in the system.
  2. Date Filter: Using this filter, you can access financial transactions that occurred during a specified time period. You can review relevant data within the required timeframe to analyze spending and revenue patterns.
  3. Financial Account Filter: Through this filter, you can specify a particular financial account’s transactions. Whether it’s a bank account, treasury account, or another type of financial account, this option enables you to easily access details of transactions related to that account.

 

  • Financial Account Transactions Table:

    1. This table provides a comprehensive overview of all financial documents and details of all transactions related to them.
    2. Through this table, you can view any financial document present in it via the link associated with the transaction number. Additionally, you can print it and keep a hard copy.
    3. You can also access the accounting entry associated with any of these documents through a custom button at the end of each transaction.
    4. The table interface allows you to modify all displayed documents according to your needs and requirements.
