The concept of the “Salary Structure” page:
The Salary Structure (Salary Structure) is a system that defines how salaries and financial benefits are determined and organized within an organization or company. The Salary Structure includes the following elements:
- Basic Wages: These are fixed amounts received by employees regularly and depend on their job level, previous experience, and skills.
- Benefits and Allowances: These elements include additional benefits such as housing allowances, transportation allowances, health insurance, annual bonuses, and other supplementary benefits.
- Incentives: Incentives can include performance-based bonuses, monthly or quarterly bonuses, sales-related bonuses, and more.
- Wage Increases: These elements determine how annual or semi-annual wage increases are determined based on employee performance and cost increases.
- Penalties and Deductions: These are deductions or deductions that are subtracted from employee salaries as part of salary and wage management procedures. These penalties are applied for a variety of reasons and situations, such as “penalties for absence from work – late penalties.”
