This page provides an overview of all issued sales orders for customers, with the ability to modify them and issue new orders.
To access the sales orders page, please follow these instructions:
- First, navigate to the sales screen from the main menu by clicking on the sales option. Then, a billing window will appear, where you will click on it.
- When you are in the billing window, you will need to select the link called “Sales Orders”, which will allow you to access the page dedicated to orders.
Options and features of the sales orders page:
- On this page, you will find an option to use filters, “Date – …”, which you can access by clicking on the filter icon located on the left side of the page. Using these filters, you can query existing orders in the system.
- You can view any existing sales orders, with the ability to modify them according to your needs and requirements.
- You can also view the accounting entry associated with any of these documents, through a dedicated button located at the end of each movement.
- The ability to print any order and keep a paper copy of it.
Explanation of how to create a new sales order:
To create a new sales order, you can click on the link available at the top of the page called “New Sales Order”, please follow these instructions carefully:

Basic data for sales order:

- First, you will need to determine the creation date of the order through the calendar. This date will be automatically assigned based on the current date, but you can modify it as needed.
- You can choose the branch associated with the order through the establishment branches menu.
- Each sales order is marked with a unique serial number used to distinguish it within the system.
- Select the client who owns the order from the drop-down list of clients.
- Choose a client branch from the drop-down list of client branches.
- Through the order page, you can check the client’s credit limit before executing the order.
- You can choose an appropriate type of sale for this order through the drop-down menu “Price List”.
- You can also specify appropriate payment terms for your client through “Payment” list, usually default payment type is set, but you can change it as needed.

Sales Order Items Table:

- Start by choosing order items, whether they are previously purchased products, manufactured products, or services.
- Determine the quantity that you want to include in your order.
- The price of each item comes automatically based on chosen pricing in basic data for an order, based on sales pricing, but you can modify it as needed.
- Add a discount percentage required on each item.
- The system supports all types of taxes and they will be added automatically to your order.
- You can also add shipping costs related to an order to a shipping cost field and then click on “Update” button to save changes.

Data for delivering sales orders process:

- You are also asked to choose a store from which items of “sales order” will be delivered in case it is converted into delivery.
- Finally, choose a shipping company that will deliver items of “delivery voucher” in case it is converted into delivery.
When all details are filled out, click on “Insert Sales Order” button to create an order.
