To access the Sales Reports page, please follow these instructions:

  • Start by navigating to the Sales screen from the main menu by clicking on the Sales option.
  • Then, click on the Sales Reports window.

  • The system is capable of generating comprehensive reports that cover all aspects of sales and the company’s or organization’s relationships with its customers. It provides comprehensive analytical reports on sales performance and details.
  • The system offers multiple output formats for reports, such as Excel files and PDF files, allowing users to choose the format that best suits their needs.
  • The system offers multiple printing options, making it easy for users to print reports in formats that suit them, such as horizontal or vertical printing, making it easy to read and review information in an organized manner.
  • The system provides several filters to extract reports, such as:
    1. Branch: By applying the branch filter, you can extract sales and customer reports related to the selected branch.
    2. Date: Using date filters, you can access sales and customer reports within the specified time frame.
    3. Customer: By activating the customer filter, you can access sales reports related to a specific customer.

 

The system offers a variety of reports, including:

  • Detailed and summary customer reports: This type of report includes a comprehensive analysis of the company’s relationship with customers, including details and summaries of sales.
    1. Aging Analysis of Receivables: This report presents individual customer receivables with an analysis of how overdue those receivables are over multiple time periods, such as one month, two months, and over two months.
    2. Customer Ledger: This report displays all customers registered in the system with the amount due for each customer.

 

  • Sales and Sales Representative Performance Reports:
    1. Sales Summary Report: This report provides the total sales value achieved by the company, as well as the tax amount due on those sales.
    2. Sales Representative Performance Report: This report provides a detailed breakdown of the commission earned by each sales representative based on the agreed-upon percentage and their sales volume. It displays basic data for each sales representative and also shows the total amount due for each representative.

 

  • Sales Document Printing Reports: This section allows you to easily print document sets with a single click. You can simply select the documents you want to print, and the available documents include:
    1. Sales Returns Printing.
    2. Sales Orders Printing.
