Supplier Customizations

“This page covers all aspects related to supplier customizations.

To access the Supplier Customizations page, please follow these instructions:

  • First, go to the Purchases screen from the main menu by clicking on the Purchases option. After that, the Suppliers window will appear, and you should click on it.
  • When you are in the Suppliers window, you will need to select the link called ‘Supplier Customizations,’ which will allow you to access the customization page.

Note: The Supplier Customizations page is used to direct supplier payment transactions, such as ‘Supplier Payment – Supplier Return – …….’ to invoice transactions, such as ‘Purchase Invoices – Purchase Orders – in case of prepaid supplier payment – …….’ to ensure that invoices are paid and not included in the outstanding invoices.

 

Options and Features of the Supplier Customizations Page:

  • Using Filters and Queries: When you enter the Supplier Customizations page, you will find an important option that allows you to use filters. Under the ‘Date’ label, you can access these filters by clicking on the filter icon located in the left corner of the page. These filters allow you to specify a specific date range to query purchase transactions in the system.
  • Viewing and Editing Transactions: You can view any transaction in the Purchase Transactions table. This includes purchase invoices and purchase orders. Once you view the transaction, you have the ability to edit and customize it according to your needs and requirements.
  • Processing Payments: If you wish to make a payment for a purchase transaction, whether it is a purchase invoice or purchase order, the system allows you to do so easily. Simply use the payment button located at the end of the transaction, and it will allow you to execute the payment process quickly and easily.
  • Customizing Payment and Return Transactions: In addition to payments, you can also customize return transactions and link them to their associated invoices. This is done through the use of the payment button at the end of each transaction. This option allows you to organize payment and return transactions in an orderly and coordinated manner.

By using these options and features on the Supplier Customizations page, you will be able to manage purchase transactions, payments, and returns with ease according to your personal needs and company requirements.

 

Explanation of How to Create a New Customization for a Supplier:

  • First, search for the document you want to customize, such as ‘Supplier Return – Supplier Payment – …….’
  • Then, click on the customization button located next to the document you want to customize.
  • You will be taken to the customization page where you will find a table that displays documents that have not been customized, such as ‘Purchase Invoices – Supplier Orders – in case of prepaid payment – …….’
  • Using the table, you can direct the selected document(s) to your invoices, whether they are one or more, directly.
  • You can verify the validity of each document through the document link.
  • Once you have verified the document, you can add the customized amount you want to pay in the adjacent field.
  • The available buttons next to each document provide options for ‘Customize All’ or ‘Clear Custom Amount.’
  • If you choose to customize amounts for one or more documents, these amounts will be automatically aggregated at the bottom of the page in the total customized value.
  • The total non-customized value is displayed below, which is the difference between the total value of the document available for customization and the value that has been customized.
  • In the end, you can uncustomize a document, transfer customization from one document to another, or modify the customized value as needed.
  • When you have filled in all the details, you can click on the ‘Execute Customization’ button.”
