Features of the ‘Templates’ page:
- Template Uses: Templates allow you to easily add various forms of communication with system users, whether it’s sending notifications on the phone, sending text messages, or even making phone calls. Another important feature of templates is their ability to have complete control over the details and format of this communication, contributing to providing a customized and effective user experience.
- Editing Templates: Through the Templates page, you can easily control and edit all the templates in the system.
- Deleting Templates: The system provides the option to delete any of the templates in the system.
- Displaying Templates and their Data on the Page: All available templates in the system are displayed on the page with detailed information about each template. This information includes the template’s name and type, along with other relevant details.
Explanation of how to create a ‘New Template’:
- Name: You will be asked to enter the name of the new template you want to create in the designated field.
- Type: You will be asked to specify the type of the new template you want to create in the designated field.
- Channels: You will be asked to choose the desired communication method to use with the template, whether it’s through email, text message, phone notification, or other communication methods, with the ability to select more than one communication method.
- Subject: You will be asked to add a title or subject for the template you are creating, which will be sent to users.
- Template Text: You will be asked to add the text of the message or template you want to send to users.
