To access the ‘Warehouse Movements’ page, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the Warehouses Screen: Start by heading to the main menu options in the system, look for the option related to warehouses, and click on it.
  • Open the Queries Window: Once you reach the Warehouses screen, look for a link or button indicating “Queries” and click on it.
  • Access the Warehouse Movements Page: In the Queries window, look for an option that refers to “Warehouse Movements” and click on it. This option may appear as a link or a directional button.

By following these steps, you will arrive at the Warehouse Movements page where you can browse and monitor all movements and activities related to the inventory with ease. This process allows you to analyze the situations and make decisions regarding inventory management and improve your operations.

 

Options and Benefits of the Warehouse Movements Page:

  • Available filters for search operations include:

    1. Warehouse Filter: Through this filter, you can access warehouse movements related to a specific warehouse. You can also choose to view movements from all warehouses in the system.
    2. Date Filters: By using these filters, you can access warehouse movements that occurred during a specified time period. This allows you to examine data related to the selected period according to your needs.
    3. Inventory Item Filter: Using this filter, you can view all warehouse movements related to a specific inventory item. You can also choose to view movements of all items in the system.

The user interface is characterized by its seamless and clear design, making it easy for users to specify and customize search criteria according to their needs. This interface also provides the ability to browse and analyze warehouse movements with ease and efficiency.

  • Warehouse Movements Table:

    1. This table provides you with a comprehensive view of all warehouse documents. These movements include “warehouse receipts, warehouse deliveries, inter-branch transfers, and more.”
    2. Through this table, you can view any existing document by following the link associated with the movement number.
    3. Additionally, the table displays the opening balance according to the selected filters, and then it shows the series of movements and the closing balance as well.
    4. The table has several important columns, including:
      • Quantities In the Warehouse: These columns include movements such as receipts, sales returns, and more, which affect the quantities in the warehouse.
      • Quantities Out of the Warehouse: These columns display movements such as deliveries, purchase returns, and others that affect the remaining quantities in the warehouse.
      • Balance Column: This column shows the remaining balance in the warehouse after each movement and also at the end of the specified period.
