  • Next, select ‘Warehouse Settlements,’ and you will be taken to a page that displays all the settlements added to the system.

  • Use Filters to Improve Search: The system allows you to use filters to refine and filter search results. Through filters, such as ‘date’ and others, you can specify specific criteria for the required settlements. To access these filters, simply click on the filter icon on the left side of the page.
  • View Accounting Restrictions: Additionally, you can review the accounting entry associated with any warehouse settlement. This can be done through a custom button located at the end of each settlement process. It provides you with a comprehensive view of the accounting impact of each settlement.
  • View and Access Warehouse Settlements: The Warehouse Settlements page allows you to view any existing warehouse settlements in the system, making it easy to monitor all operations and check details effortlessly.
  • Easily Add Settlements: You can easily create new settlements, whether it involves increasing or decreasing quantities.

Explanation of How to Create a New Warehouse Settlement:

To create a new warehouse settlement, you can click on the link at the top of the page labeled ‘Create New Warehouse Settlement.’ Please follow the instructions below carefully:

  • Basic Data for the Warehouse Settlement:

    1. Firstly, you will be required to choose the store for which you want to settle its inventory items.
    2. The settlement creation date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can modify it if necessary.
    3. Additionally, each warehouse settlement has a unique reference that can be used to identify it. This reference is a serial number that distinguishes each warehouse settlement from others.
  • Inventory Items Table:

    1. Select Items for Settlement: In this section, you will find a filter labeled ‘Inventory Items.’ Here, you can start selecting the items you wish to settle. Simply choose the item you want to deal with.
    2. Default Settlement Cost: The default cost of the item you want to settle will be displayed. However, you have the option to adjust this cost as needed.
    3. Specify the Quantity for Each Item in the Settlement: Select the quantity you want to settle for each item, whether it’s an increase or decrease.
    4. Easily Edit and Delete Items: You won’t encounter any issues in editing or deleting any item added to the settlement. If you need to modify specific quantities or delete a certain item, you can do so effortlessly.
    5. Check Availability Before Decreasing Quantities: An important note: the system only allows you to settle quantities by decreasing them if the item you want to settle is available in sufficient quantity in the store. This measure ensures the integrity of settlement operations and prevents any disruptions.

Once you have filled in all the details, you can click on the ‘Insert Warehouse Settlement’ button to create the settlement.
