Warehouse Transfers

“This page displays everything related to warehouse transfers, including the issuance of new transfers.

To access the Warehouse Transfers page, please follow these instructions:

• Start by clicking on the ‘Stores’ menu in the main menu.
• Then, click on ‘Inventory Items’ available in the top bar of the page.
• Next, select ‘Warehouse Transfers,’ and you will be taken to a page that displays all the transfers added to the system.

By following these steps, you can easily access the Warehouse Transfers page.

Options and Features of the Warehouse Transfers Page:

• On this page, you will find an option to use filters, ‘Date – …….,’ which you can access by clicking on the filter icon on the left side of the page. Using these filters, you can query transfers in the system.
• You can also view the accounting entry associated with any of these transfers through a custom button at the end of each transaction.
• You can view any existing warehouse transfer in the system.

Explanation of How to Create a New Warehouse Transfer:

To create a new warehouse transfer, you can click on the link at the top of the page labeled ‘Create New Warehouse Transfer.’ Please follow the instructions below carefully:

• Basic Data for the Warehouse Transfer:

1. 1. Firstly, you will be required to choose the store from which you want to transfer inventory items.
   2. Then, select the destination store for the transferred inventory items.
   3. The transfer creation date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can modify it if necessary.
   4. Additionally, each warehouse transfer has a unique reference that can be used to identify it. This reference is a serial number that distinguishes each warehouse transfer from others.

2. Transfer Items Table:

   1. Start by selecting the items you want to transfer between the branches.
   2. Specify the quantity you want to transfer for each item.
   3. You can easily edit or delete any item after adding it.
   4. Transfers are only allowed if the item you want to transfer is available in sufficient quantity in the transferring store.

Once you have filled in all the details, you can click on the ‘Insert Warehouse Transfer’ button to create the transfer.
