It holds the employee’s dues on their financial account. This accounting record serves as a tool to prepare a cash payment to the employee, where the net amount to be paid to the employee after tax deductions and other withholdings is calculated.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Through the “Salary Voucher” page, you can perform several actions such as viewing, modifying, and deleting saved salary vouchers in the system. You can easily select and choose the salary vouchers you want to review, edit, or delete from the dropdown list at the top of the page. This includes data related to incentives and allowances according to your personal needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

    To add an entitlement for employee salaries through the “Salary Voucher” page, you should follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Creation Date of the Entitlement:<\/strong> This date is automatically set according to the current date but can be adjusted as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Entitlement Reference:<\/strong> This is a unique number used to distinguish this entitlement from other documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Use the “Date Range” Filter:<\/strong> To select the eligible period for the employee between those dates.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Pay to Filter:<\/strong> Select the employee for whom you want to create the entitlement.<\/span><\/li>\n

      Once these options are selected, click the “Prepare Salary Statement” button, and the records will appear at the bottom of the page. The table displays the basic salary, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and overtime pay for the employee on their designated account.       You can review, modify, or delete any of the entitlement records before executing them if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n
