The use of this account is automatically determined when creating receivables and when payments are made.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Basic Salary Expenses Account:<\/strong> This account is one of the “Income Statement Expense Accounts.” It is set to record the costs of basic employee salaries. The use of this account is automatically determined when creating receivables.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Overtime Salary Expenses Account:<\/strong> This account is one of the “Income Statement Expense Accounts.” It is set to record the costs of overtime working hours for employees. The use of this account is automatically determined when creating receivables.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Number of Working Days per Month:<\/strong> This setting allows you to specify the number of working days in a month that should be used for automatic salary calculations. For example, if your company considers only one day per week as a day off, you should set the number of working days in a month to 26 days. In another scenario, if the monthly leave includes two days per week, you can set the number of working days in a month to 22 days.<\/span><\/li>\n
