To access the “Financial Accounts” page, please follow these steps:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Start by clicking on the “Financial” section in the main menu of the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Next, you will be directed to the financial section. Look for the “Financial Accounts” window in the top bar of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Click on this “Financial Accounts” window, then press the link to the “Financial Accounts” page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Options and Features of the Financial Accounts Page:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • View Financial Accounts:<\/strong> On this page, you can access all the financial accounts currently saved in the system. This option allows you to examine all existing accounts at once.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Edit Financial Accounts:<\/strong> This page also enables you to easily modify any existing financial account within “Financial Accounts” according to your personal needs. You will be able to update the details of current accounts easily.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delete Financial Accounts:<\/strong> If there is a need to delete a specific account from among the “Financial Accounts,” you can do so through this page. You can delete accounts that are no longer needed with a single click, making it easier to organize your account list.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Linking Accounts by Type:<\/strong> You can link each financial account to the appropriate account type, whether it is a “Savings Account,” “Checking Account,” “Credit Account,” or “Cash Account.” This feature will help you browse and sort accounts according to your financial needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Explanation of How to Add a New Financial Account:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      • Adding the Financial Account Name:<\/strong> When you arrive at the “Financial Accounts” page in the system, you will encounter a set of options for adding a new financial account. In this field, you will enter the name of the financial account you want to add to the system. This name will represent the identity of the account and can be, for example, “Prizes Account” or “Investment Account.”<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Choosing the Financial Account Type:<\/strong> The next option is to choose the financial account type. You must specify whether the new account will be of the type “Savings Account,” “Checking Account,” “Credit Account,” or “Cash Account.” This classification will help you browse and sort accounts according to your financial needs.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Selecting Currency and Default Account:<\/strong> You will also need to specify the currency that will be used for this financial account and select the default account if this account will be the main account from which your financial transactions will start.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Linking the Account to the General Ledger:<\/strong> The next step is to link the new financial account to your general ledger, whether for linking with the bank account or for uploading bank expenses. This will make it easier to track financial movements and balances.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Adding Bank Account Details:<\/strong> At this point, you will need to add the bank account details associated with this financial account. Enter the name of the bank where the account was opened, the bank account number, and the detailed address of the bank.<\/span><\/li>\n
