      To create a new warehouse settlement, you can click on the link at the top of the page labeled ‘Create New Warehouse Settlement.’ Please follow the instructions below carefully:<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Firstly, you will be required to choose the store<\/strong> for which you want to settle its inventory items.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. The settlement creation date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can modify it if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Additionally, each warehouse settlement has a unique reference that can be used to identify it. This reference is a serial number that distinguishes each warehouse settlement from others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

          Inventory Items Table:<\/span><\/h4>\n

          1. Select Items for Settlement:<\/strong> In this section, you will find a filter labeled ‘Inventory Items.’ Here, you can start selecting the items you wish to settle. Simply choose the item you want to deal with.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Default Settlement Cost:<\/strong> The default cost of the item you want to settle will be displayed. However, you have the option to adjust this cost as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Specify the Quantity for Each Item in the Settlement:<\/strong> Select the quantity you want to settle for each item, whether it’s an increase or decrease.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Easily Edit and Delete Items:<\/strong> You won’t encounter any issues in editing or deleting any item added to the settlement. If you need to modify specific quantities or delete a certain item, you can do so effortlessly.<\/span><\/li>\n

Check Availability Before Decreasing Quantities:<\/strong> An important note: the system only allows you to settle quantities by decreasing them if the item you want to settle is available in sufficient quantity in the store.
