  • Then, click on ‘Inventory Items’ available in the top bar of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Next, select ‘Warehouse Transfers,’ and you will be taken to a page that displays all the transfers added to the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Options and Features of the Warehouse Transfers Page:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    • On this page, you will find an option to use filters, ‘Date – \u2026\u2026.,’ which you can access by clicking on the filter icon on the left side of the page. Using these filters, you can query transfers in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You can also view the accounting entry associated with any of these transfers through a custom button at the end of each transaction.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You can view any existing warehouse transfer in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Explanation of How to Create a New Warehouse Transfer:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      To create a new warehouse transfer, you can click on the link at the top of the page labeled ‘Create New Warehouse Transfer.’ Please follow the instructions below carefully:<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Firstly, you will be required to choose the store<\/strong> from which you want to transfer inventory items.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Then, select the destination store<\/strong> for the transferred inventory items.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. The transfer creation date is automatically set according to the current date, but you can modify it if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Additionally, each warehouse transfer has a unique reference that can be used to identify it. This reference is a serial number that distinguishes each warehouse transfer from others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

            Transfer Items Table:<\/span><\/h4>\n

            1. Start by selecting the items<\/strong> you want to transfer between the branches.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Specify the quantity<\/strong> you want to transfer for each item.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. You can easily edit or delete any item after adding it.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Transfers are only allowed if the item you want to transfer is available in sufficient quantity in the transferring store.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Once you have filled in all the details, you can click on the ‘Insert Warehouse Transfer’ button to create the transfer.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
