  • You will be directed to the “Tax Groups” page, which displays all types of taxes saved in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Features and Uses of the “Tax Groups” Page:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    • Adding Tax Groups:<\/strong> You can add an unlimited number of tax groups to later link them with customers and suppliers in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Customizing Tax Types for the Group:<\/strong> You can link more than one tax type to a single tax group to link them to customers and suppliers in case they are subject to multiple tax types.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Customizing Shipping Tax for the Group:<\/strong> You can link the shipping tax to the group in case customers and suppliers are subject to shipping tax.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Editing Tax Group Data:<\/strong> You can edit all tax group data, such as description and which taxes it is subject to, to ensure it fits your business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Deleting Tax Groups:<\/strong> You can delete any tax group that is not associated with a specific customer branch and has no transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      By using the Tax Groups page, you can efficiently organize and customize your taxes according to your business needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Explanation of How to Add a “New Tax Group”:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      • Description:<\/strong> In this field, you are required to add a clear description representing the new tax group you want to add. This description will be displayed to users when adding a customer or supplier to ensure proper understanding of the tax group.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tax Type:<\/strong> You can use the buttons next to each tax type to link that type to the group you want to add. You can link to one or more types.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
