To access the “Sales Pricing” page for inventory items, please follow these instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Start by opening the main menu by clicking on “Warehouses.”<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Once you’re in the Warehouses menu, look for “Inventory Items” and click on it. You’ll typically find it in the top toolbar of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • After clicking on “Inventory Items,” you will be taken to a page displaying all the items added to the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If you wish to edit a specific item, you can do so by clicking on the relevant item link.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • After accessing the item details page, look for the “Sales Pricing” link and click on it.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Once you click on the “Sales Pricing” link, you can specify the sales pricing for that item.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Add Multiple Sales Prices:<\/strong> Thanks to this feature, you can now set multiple sales prices for different types of products. For example, you can specify a different selling price for each customer category or for different purposes. This allows you to maximize the benefits of multiple pricing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Automatic Application in All Documents:<\/strong> When you add a specific selling price for a particular item and link it to the relevant price type, this pricing will be automatically applied to all related documents. Whether it’s sales invoices, sales orders, or any other document, you won’t need to manually re-enter the data. This ensures accuracy and simplifies multiple sales processes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Easily Edit Prices:<\/strong> This feature allows you to edit the prices recorded in the system according to new requirements. All you have to do is select the relevant price and enter the new value. Prices in all associated documents will be updated automatically, making it easy for you to adjust pricing strategies flexibly and quickly.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delete Prices with Ease:<\/strong> If there is no longer a need for a specific selling price, you can easily delete it from the system.       • Select the Currency:<\/strong> Start by selecting the currency associated with the price. You can link the currency to the specific pricing type, such as external customers.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Choose the Sales Type:<\/strong> Specify the sales type you want to add the item price for.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Add the Sales Price:<\/strong> Enter the selling price for the item according to the selected type.<\/span><\/li>\n
