“This page covers everything related to adding a customer, the method of adding one, and entering basic information.”<\/span><\/p>\n

To access the Customer Management page for “Adding a New Customer,” please follow these instructions carefully:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Start by clicking on the “Sales” menu in the main menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Then, click on “Customer Window” available in the top bar of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You will be redirected to the “Customer Management” page, which displays all the customers added to the system. You will see information for each customer such as “Number – Reference – Name – Customer Credit Limit.”<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You can also edit customer data by clicking on the customer’s link.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Explanation of how to add a new customer<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    A new customer can be added by clicking on the link at the top of the page titled “New Customer.”<\/span><\/p>\n

    You will need to enter the basic data for the customer as follows:<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Enter the customer’s name.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter the internal customer number.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Enter the tax file number.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Choose the customer’s currency.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select the pricing type.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Next, enter the contact information for the customer:<\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Enter the customer’s phone number.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Enter the customer’s fax number.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Specify the customer’s address.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Enter the email address.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Enter the bank account number for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        After that, enter the sales data for the customer:<\/span><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Select the sales representative associated with the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Specify the allowable discount percentage for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Specify the cash discount percentage for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Enter the customer’s allowed credit limit.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Choose the payment terms agreed upon with the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Select the customer’s credit status.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Specify the default storage location for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Choose the default shipping company for the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Select the sales region to which the customer belongs.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Choose the tax group applicable to the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          After entering all the details, click on the “Add New Customer” button to save the data of the new customer in the system.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
