To access the “Company Setup” page, please follow these instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      2. Address:<\/strong> You can add the address of your establishment that you want to appear on invoices, documents, and reports when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Place of Residence:<\/strong> You can add the place of residence for your establishment that you want to appear on invoices, documents, and reports when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Phone Number:<\/strong> You can add the phone number you want to appear on invoices, documents, and reports when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Fax Number:<\/strong> You can add your fax number, which you want to appear on invoices, documents, and reports when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Email Address:<\/strong> You can add your company’s email address that you want to appear on invoices, documents, and reports when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Outgoing Messages Address:<\/strong> (Backup Email Address for All Outgoing Emails): You can add an email address for the backup of all outgoing emails if needed to set up this option.<\/span><\/li>\n

      9. Goods and Services Tax File Number:<\/strong> You can add the tax file number for the company, which you want to appear on invoices when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      10. Currency of the Country:<\/strong> You can choose the official currency for your company or organization, which is the primary currency for documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
      11. Company Logo:<\/strong> You can add your company’s logo to appear in documents and reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
      12. Delete Company Logo:<\/strong> By activating this button, you can delete the company logo from the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
      13. Timezone in the Report:<\/strong> By activating this button, you can display the timezone in the report, comparing it to the standard and official time. For example, if the report is generated in Saudi Arabia, it will show “Greenwich +3” in the report.<\/span><\/li>\n
      14. Company Logo on Reports:<\/strong> By this button, you can control whether to display the logo on reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
      15. Use Barcodes in Inventory:<\/strong> By this button, you can control whether to use barcodes with inventory items.<\/span><\/li>\n
      16. Automatic Increase in Document References:<\/strong> When activating this button, the system allows for the automatic sequential creation of document references, disregarding any manual modifications to the reference.<\/span><\/li>\n
      17. Using Analytical Sections in Recurring Invoices:<\/strong> You can control the visibility of analytical sections in recurring invoices, choosing whether to display them or not.<\/span><\/li>\n

          4. Display Tax Included in Documents:<\/strong> If selling prices include tax, this button separates the tax value from the price before tax in the invoice display and when printed.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Hide Tax Rates:<\/strong> This button controls whether to display the tax percentage on the documents or hide it.<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. Currency Revaluation:<\/strong> You can revalue currencies through this option.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              2. Add Value to Standard Cost:<\/strong> With this setting, you can add the required percentage to increase the item cost to determine the item’s selling price automatically. In simple terms, the selling price of the item is calculated by adding the specified percentage in this setting to the item’s standard cost.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Round to Nearest:<\/strong> You can determine rounding operations for displayed values in the system. This is done by adding the required rounding value based on the smallest units in the used currency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
