    Keywords are fixed terms or words used to link and describe multiple sectors or branches in an organized context. The purpose of these keywords is to find a common description that brings these sectors or branches together for organizational and classification purposes. Keywords simplify and organize data, improving search and navigation within the system. To understand this concept more broadly, let’s look at some common uses of keywords:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Classifying Sectors or Branches:<\/strong> Keywords are used to classify sectors or branches based on common criteria. For example, a common keyword can be used to describe all analytical branches under one category.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Naming Projects:<\/strong> In some cases, keywords can be used to name a group of sectors or branches representing a specific project. For example, a keyword can be used to describe all sectors related to a specific project within the company.Example:<\/strong> If there are multiple branches in the Eastern region, a keyword like “Eastern Region” can be used to link and classify all these branches together. This makes data management and review more smooth and efficient.Keywords refer to fixed words that represent a group of sectors or branches, linking them for later reference.
